Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

We ship via standard tracked delivery. Shipping times vary by location (typically 5-10 business days).

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Quality Guarantee

Every KUSH mat is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

If your mat shows signs of defective construction within one year of purchase, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage from misuse.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with photos of the issue and your order number.

Care & Maintenance

Shake or brush off debris after each use.

Wipe cork slats with a damp cloth as needed. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water.

Air dry thoroughly before storing. Never store while damp.

Store flat or rolled (cork side out) in a dry, well-ventilated space.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can fade natural materials over time.

Do not machine wash or submerge in water.

With proper care, your KUSH mat will last for many years and develop a beautiful patina.

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you.

Your personal information (name, address, email) is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service.

We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties, except as required to process payments and ship orders.

Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

You may request to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.
